PHR, Inc. uses a proprietary model which is unlike any established medical practice in the Northern Shenandoah Valley.  With the exception of DOT physical‘s, 100% of our medical services are performed on site at the clients location. This accomplishes two things.  First it is convenient and second is cost savings by conducting all services on the client site. Employees do not need to clock out and drive to be seen by a medical provider.  For many in the Winchester and surrounding areas to be seen by a physician requires a minimum of 2 to 3 hours, if not a full half day away from work.  Where we have clinics on site, the employee can’t be seen and return to work in as little as 30 minutes.
